A Wife Has Great Influence, and She Has the Power to Bring Honour to Her Family — Proverbs 12:4, 14:1, 18:22

“A wife of noble character is her husband’s crown,
but a disgraceful wife is like decay in his bones.”
I have been incredibly blessed to have a wife of great character. Her love for God, her family, and those in our lives is profound.
Women have great power, but that goes both ways.
Proverbs 14:1 (NIV84)
“The wise woman builds her house,
but with her own hands the foolish one tears hers down”
incredible influence they have and will have on the lives of those around them.
My prayer is if they choose to get married, that this would be said of them:
Proverbs 18:22 (NIV84)
“He who finds a wife finds what is good
and receives favour from the Lord.”
I know it is true for me. I have been blessed and have found favour from God, by having Beth as my wife.
I wonder if the women in our lives know just how much power and influence they really have, and are we encouraging them to use it for good?
