What can God not do? Let us seek Him.

Jeremiah was put in a very pressured place. God had given him an unpopular message. Many wanted to kill him, and the king had him imprisoned in the courtyard.

God told him to buy his cousin’s property and put the deed in a jar for long keeping.

Yet, the city was about to be destroyed, and so were the region and its people.

What was the point of buying land that would be destroyed and keeping something that would be conquered and given to other people?

Here is what God says:

Jeremiah 32:26-27

Then the word of the Lord came to Jeremiah: 27 “I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?

What is your impossible situation today? Your own eyes can see the challenges and the impossibility of the situation.

God is speaking to us even today.

Hear what God says:

Jeremiah 33:2-3

This is what the Lord says, he who made the earth, the Lord who formed it and established it—the Lord is his name: 3 ‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’

God can do anything. Let’s go to Him.  Let’s call on His name. Let’s ask Him about the unsearchable things that we do not know.

Father, we call on you. We seek you. Speak to us today. Help us to trust you through the impossible because you are the creator God who can do anything.

May we listen, trust, and obey.
